Vitalize Health and First Aid Training offers Paramedic led training in all aspects of First Aid requirements. We are fully accredited with the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) and our certified courses meet OFSTED and HSE industry requirements.

All training is designed to suit the client - it is fully inclusive of any abilities and learning needs and is delivered in a fun way to get maximum engagement and enjoyment.

Our team bring in their experience of frontline emergency care into the sessions to add depth and understanding to the training.

We also have our fantastic team of highly professional and experienced Physiotherapists over at Vitalize Physiotherapy offering in depth assessments and a range of treatment options to suit each individual client.

We utilise a range of techniques such as manual therapy, soft and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, acupuncture, athletic screenings, personalised exercise prescriptions and more.

Our Physiotherapists have experience competing in different sporting activities and have also worked in high level sports environments.
