I’m a Clinical Psychologist, and the Founder and CEO of The Purple House Clinic, as well as Clinical Director across the Leicestershire areas. The Purple House Clinic provides psychotherapy for mental health difficulties alongside specialist neurodiversity assessments, including autism and ADHD, for children, young people, and adults. We have 7 clinics across the UK, operating a franchise model.

I built the Purple House Clinic with the vision of delivering high-quality, ethical, evidence-based care that could be accessed easily, in the absence of long NHS waiting lists. We focus on high standards and a client-centred approach, ensuring people have very positive experiences with us and achieve great outcomes.

Alongside my clinical role, I spend much of my working life building well-governed operational systems and supporting franchisees (clinic owners) and clinicians to deliver outstanding services. My approach to leadership is practical and values-led: clear standards, strong teams, and services that make a difference to people’s lives.
