As a breast cancer survivor, I became aware that while the NHS is incredible, it is underfunded, and many people's needs go unmet. This realisation inspired me to write a book titled Stay on the Bus, aimed at making the experience and information surrounding breast cancer less overwhelming.

I’m launching a Community Interest Company to support women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, are currently undergoing treatment, or are in the post-treatment phase.

The focus will be on in-person workshops that address areas not fully covered by the NHS—such as anxiety about recurrence and mental health challenges. These workshops will integrate complementary approaches for mind, body, and spirit, helping individuals come to terms with their diagnosis and work toward better outcomes. The initiative will also serve as a supportive community for those who may be feeling isolated.
