My background is in the healthcare and education industry with over 35 years experience. I develop preventative approaches to workplace wellbeing, helping professionals understand what their body is carrying under sustained pressure and how to regulate it.

I am the creator of the Biological Tenancy framework and The Body’s Ledger-The idea that we are tenants within our own bodies, and that our everyday behaviours shape the conditions in which we live, function and thrive.​​
