I’m a speaker, mentor and coach working with women in leadership, motherhood and professional life. I’m a former commercial lawyer, and my work now focuses on helping women lead and work in ways that are sustainable, confident and true to who they are.

I work with two main groups. The first is women running their own businesses, often mothers, who want their work to be purposeful and financially sound without taking over their lives. The second is professional women and organisations, particularly in law and professional services, who want to retain talented women and build cultures that don’t rely on burnout, silence or constant self-monitoring.

Across all my work, I create structured, psychologically safe spaces through coaching, mentoring, talks, retreats and facilitated groups, where women can think clearly, speak honestly and support one another without competition.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: women do better, and workplaces function better, when women are not set against each other. I help women step out of comparison and self-criticism and into clearer judgement, confidence and collaboration.

Whether I’m working one-to-one, with a group, or with an organisation, my focus is to help women lead with steadiness, self-trust and the confidence to do things differently without losing themselves in the process.
