I’m Laura, a Northampton based Travel Consultant. I own and run a boutique travel business with Travel Counsellors.

I started my own travel journey at the age of 19 years old when I decided to take myself on a two-month trip to Israel and Egypt staying with local families and independently travelling – I threw myself in at the deep end to say the least! Having caught the bug, I moved to Japan and spent the next few years travelling China, Southeast Asia and Australia. Since meeting my husband, we have travelled to wondrous places across the globe together as a family.

I have been fortunate enough to experience some unforgettable ‘pinch me’ moments including driving across Vietnam on the back of a motorcycle with the Easy Riders, trekking from Kathmandu to Delhi, taking in the staggering beauty of the Taj Mahal, staying with hill tribes in Northern Thailand, walking the Great Wall of China, snorkelling at the Great Barrier Reef, watching the sunrise from the top of Mount Fuji, helicoptering over Victoria Falls in Zambia, seeing the Northern Lights by snowmobile, sipping champagne overlooking the Grand Canyon and many more. I am passionate about helping create your ‘pinch me’ moment, whatever that looks like for you!
