Hello, I’m Jo, Josephine Blackburn Mind & Body Wellness Therapist- Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Beauty & Holistic Therapy.

I’ve been helping people find care and confidence as a Beauty and Holistic Therapist for over 30 years, offering many hands on therapies in my therapy room.

I added to my treatments in 2019 and qualified in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy through CPHT Peterborough.

With my Hypnotherapy clients I work either over Zoom or in person here in my therapy room, both as safe and effective as each other. There are many benefits of working online over Zoom:

It is easier for clients who find it a challenge to leave the house.
No travel time to take into consideration.
Clients with families who don’t have childcare options find they can work round children’s quiet time.
Geographically there are no restrictions, I can see client’s anywhere in the Country or World. Considering time zones of course!
My focus is completely on the client and what brought them to this safe space.

My nurturing Eight-Session Butterfly Program, blends Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, the Mind Reboot Program, and offers tailored therapeutic support throughout. So that my clients gain a fresh perspective on life, using techniques to regain control of their emotions, which will empower them to manage their own wellbeing into the future.

I offer a free consultation to find out if Hypnotherapy is the right therapy for the client.
