I am a Coach & Speaker with a passion for help people with self-belief and personal empowerment. I help busy, heart-led women to reconnect with themselves and stop that inner voice that says: "you're not good enough!". Things might seem ok outwardly, but if you find yourself screaming internally and wondering if anything will ever change, we need to talk, because YOU are the change. You just need to believe it, which is where I come in.

I provide 1-1 coaching, as well as a 12-month group coaching programme for up to 6 women at a time. I also have a low-cost and vibrant membership, which can be great for people who want to dip a toe in the water. I also do motivational speaking and workshops, helping corporate and community groups to realise the choices they actually have in front of them, to make positive change in their lives.

I am also have a weekly podcast, The Renny Show, which you can find on all the podcast platforms. My motto is: "Live life by YOUR design, not by accident!".
