Hannah is a Partner in our Commercial, Technology and Intellectual Property team. She has a vast wealth of experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious IP, IT and technology matters as well as complex data protection issues.

Hannah advises clients on all aspects of UK and European intellectual property law, including patents, copyright, trade marks, passing off, design rights and domain names. Her practice encompasses both contentious matters and non-contentious matters including drafting IP licenses, assignments and other agreements as well as handling complex international trade mark portfolios. She is experienced in actions before the Court of Appeal, High Court, Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, UK Intellectual Property Office, EUIPO and the World Intellectual Property Office.

Hannah has a broad IT and technology practice which includes the preparation and drafting of software development and maintenance agreements, software licence agreements, website development and maintenance agreements, IT outsourcing agreements, end user licence agreements, SaaS subscription agreements and software reseller agreements as well as advising on IP/IT and data protection issues in corporate transactions and assisting in resolution of IT related disputes and advising on emerging technologies including AI.

In addition, Hannah is a leading member of the firm’s data protection team as well as being the firms Data Protection Officer. She advises clients on all aspects of data protection compliance including policy reviews, data sharing and processing agreements and cross border data transfers as well supporting clients with subject access requests and data protection complaints, investigations and claims. She is also experienced in advising on advertising compliance.
