I am a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Nutrigenomics Practitioner, health coach and expert in female hormones. I support women through mid-life with personalised lifestyle, nutrition and supplement protocols. So they can understand how to nourish their body with the right food and lifestyle choices.

I have always had a passion for great food, and everything I have learned has given me an unshakeable belief that we are whole peson and not just a collection of symptoms. Our amazing bodies are beautifully complex, integrated, interconnected systems. Focusing on one ingredient, one muscle, one supplement rarely ends in a magic wand result.

I empower women to take control of their hormones, learn about what their body needs and how they can adapt their habits to a healthier lifestyle, through my online membership, free online community, group programs and 1:1 nutrition support and coaching.
