These days we are all living longer so it's vitally important we maintain good health for as long as we can. Feelgood Factor came about through my passion to help people optimise their health through what they eat, what they put on their skin and the environment they live in.

As a qualified nutritionist, I specialise in gut health because a healthy gut is the key to a healthy body. I'm also passionate about the way we look after our skin and the need to avoid harmful the chemicals that are often hiding in plain sight within our homes and the environment around us.
