I have a passion for people’s success and as such, have been supporting businesses of all shapes and sizes in a variety of industries, for over 30 years. My background is in HR and I am also a qualified coach. I firmly believe that if you support, guide and engage the right people in any task, then success is inevitable.

After many years of employment in senior management roles with UK and international companies, I made the step into freelance business consultancy in 2014. Since this time, I have worked closely with many business leaders, getting my hands dirty and helping them to set goals, put together plans and focus on growth and change. I build strong relationships with the people I work with and take great pride in helping them to achieve whatever it is that they want.
