Getting to Know Your Inner Committee

Who’s running the show in your head?

Your people pleaser says yes. Your pusher says you haven’t done enough. Your inner critic points out everything you could have done better.

Sound familiar?

Join Michelle Turpin for a practical, interactive workshop exploring the parts of you influencing your decisions, confidence and everyday habits.

Through guided exercises, reflection and discussion, you’ll explore how these parts have helped you, when their help starts costing you and how to notice when they take over.
