Building for Change is a new, one-day course for people leading, managing or communicating organisational change, whatever shape or size that change might take.

Brought to you by LoveBiz member Louise Grifferty (Ignite Communications) and Helen Walker (Mayhew Walker Consulting), the course takes place in Lichfield on Wednesday 21 October.

This practical, hands-on day brings together change management and communications, with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® activities to help explore ideas.

It is designed for people at different stages of their careers, from those preparing to implement change for the first time to more experienced colleagues looking to develop their skills.

The aim is for you to leave with practical tools and a clearer plan for supporting change in your organisation.
