CoMotion Communities CIC is a Gloucestershire based learning and development consultancy supporting purpose-led SMEs, charities and growing teams across the South West to build confident leaders, stronger teams and healthy workplace cultures.

Our focus is simple: practical, people-centred leadership development that creates real behaviour change not just theory.

We design and deliver structured leadership and team development programmes that combine:

- Facilitated learning workshops
- 1:1 coaching and mentoring
- Psychometric insight (including PRISM profiling)
- Peer mentoring and reflection between sessions to embed learning in day-to-day work.

We use psychometric tools such as PRISM to help individuals and teams better understand themselves and each other, creating a shared language that improves how people work together.

A key part of our programmes is learning in practice, with peer mentoring, reflection and structured support between sessions to ensure learning is embedded not forgotten.
