Hey there! My Name is Teri Gaskin (AKA Meri Teri) a name given to me by one of my cheeky cohorts of ‘Impact & Influence Programme’ for Women’. Not not because I was squiffy! – but because of my enthusiasm.

I am a Career Coach and Training facilitator who is passionate about helping people to recognise the positive aspects of their talents and building confidence so that they can progress both personally and professionally.

I love the challenge of helping originations build diverse, inclusive, unbiased Leadership Programmes AND I am ecstatic at the impact the IIP is having on Women since its launch back in 2019.
