When you first get diagnosed with coeliac disease or are told to move to a gluten free diet, it comes as a shock and is quite overwhelming.

Life definitely changes, but it doesn't mean the end of it.

As a health coach, nutritional therapist and someone who's been diagnosed myself later in life, I can assure you one can thrive and live a worry free gluten free life.

I will coach you through the first 2-3 months and help you understand:

- What to cook to get a nutritiously rich diet, replenish the deficiencies caused by the disease, and allow your small intestine to recover
