Event Booking Policy


See individual communities for event and membership prices.


Special events such as Christmas events, IWD events and other seasonal events are priced individually.


Tickets sales:

Tickets for events go on sale 3 months in advance.

Zoom ticket sales:

Zoom tickets are priced by area and are not refundable in the event of a no show.


If you find you can not attend an event our cancellation policy below remains. Ticket sales close 24 hours in advance.


In Person ticket sales:

Bookings close for our LoveBiz Networking® networking lunch, brunch, #LoveBiz Coffee and Canape, and #Lovebiz Coffee Catch Up events as stated on each individual area community page. 

Venues all have different cut off times.


Our final pre-orders and numbers are sent to the venue


Numbers can not be changed after and we are invoiced this final attendance number from the venue.



In the event of you not being able to attend an event:


More 10 days ahead of the event:

We are very happy to transfer your booking to the next event in your area at the same value. i.e if you booked a #LoveBiz Coffee Catch Up then we will transfer your booking to the next #LoveBiz Coffee Catch Up in your membership area.


If you booked a networking lunch or brunch then we will transfer your booking to the next lunch or brunch in your membership area.


If you can not make a special event or workshop, we suggest you offer your ticket to a fellow member or colleague.


Less than 7 days ahead of the event:

Sadly we can not transfer your booking, if you can not attend, please try and get a fellow member to take your place as we can not transfer or refund. 


Earlybird Bookings (all events)

These are non-transferable and non-refundable.


Dietary Requirements

Please make sure you add when booking any food allergies. We will do our be3st to make sure these are met, however we can not take responsibility for the venues own kitchens and catering facilities.
