Emma Rushton
Emma Rushton is an award winning former journalist having worked for both the BBC and in commercial radio – reporting on major news stories and interviewing celebrities, politicians and working with charitable organisations all over the country.
It was her time working with these charitable organisations which prompted her to set up her own PR and Social Media company Roseleigh Media. The company specialises in charity PR and support for not for profit organisations and she now works with several of these across the country. Emma’s services include PR, press campaigns, crisis communications, media training and social media management. Emma also provides affordable training for SME’s making a difference – particularly those run by women to help them get started in their new venture.
In 2024 Emma gave a Tedx Talk called “Who are you when you give up your dreams?” Which discussed not only her own mental health but the toll certain careers can take on people and how we can aim to improve this. Emma is passionate about telling stories and working with those making a real difference.
